This is to write a very disappointing product from LG Electronics. I spent my Rs.8000 of my money to buy this product hoping that LG products are ever lasting. But this mobile did not even lasted for one day. Such a bad product - I bought this mobile device from Univer Cell in Porur, Chennai on the September 2010. For the first 2 - 3 days the product was good. And suddenly, one day my friend called my moms cell and asked me if I had switched off my cell. I did not switch if OFF! And when I saw my mobile, to my dismay, the phone is LIVE. The signals are there, the phone has all the features functioning, but there was no incoming and outgoing too. Shocked I went to the retailer and asked the reason. He took the complaint and he kept for 2 days and returned back saying now it was OK. But then again the same problem erupted and now I thought it might have been a fault with my SIM card and spent again for a duplicate SIM. And after 1 day again the same problem prompted. This time I again turned back to the retailer and after a week he said he uploaded a new software and now the problem should not be there. But again the next day there was no incoming and outgoing. And for the THIRD time I went in again. This time after a week, he said he changed the Motherboad and there should not be problem. BUT, BUT, BUT, IT COMES AGAIN AND AGAIN. Now the phone does not even hold charge for a day. SUCH A BAD QUALITY. I ASKED THE LG SUPPORT TO CHANGE THE PHONE - BUT THEY HAVE THEIR OWWN REASONS FOR NOT CHANGING.


LG HAS TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER FOR SURE. THIS IS ABSURD AND I AM VERY VERY SORRY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT.
