Purchased KENT-RO System in 2011....got installed by KENT Experts...within 13 months ( expiry of warranty) it went wrong...called the KENT RO experts...they are asking about 8000/- Rupees to repair...mind this is not the cost of consumable.....some motor went wrong DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT as u never open machine on your own and no MISUSE because how much water will u drink ( A Family of 3 )........Tried to talk to all but no benefit...i grudged KENT IS TRYING to loose GOODWILL-----their cool reply we are best seller SO DONT CARE FOR GOODWILL.....so think again..if going to buying KENT or they are giving you long bills.....Contacted friends all suggested THROW THE KENT...buy new RO...New RO cost me just 1000 more than the repair cost....
