Dear Friends,
The below points are not an individual’s outcry or an outburst due to any personal conflict. This is a larger conflict due to a lot of insider’s report and the facts are based on the experiences of several current and former employees of the Organization.
The Organization leadership acts as if they are innocent. It’s all false promises to the clients and employees. They are a breed of infectious virus affecting the society. They cover it up all by stating the services to the society. They act as if they don’t know how to do the payroll. Everything is a struggle in this organization, even the basics of Payroll, HR is a great deal of effort as they are trying to lead you in the dark. The balance sheets, information are all maligned and untrue to lure you as an employee / lure client for business. They don’t have any policies either. It’s not even a startup Organization. It is made of infectious virus and intended to damage the good IT citizens. This Organization would never succeed even after 5 years.
They are planning to suck the blood of IT employees with false hopes and promises of the young IT experts. This model would never succeed and they will fail. I am confident that someone at the Geography level would eventually sue them for such nonsense and illegal activities that they are engaged.
