There is a heavy traffic jam at one of the most busy signals in New Delhi. I move out of my vehicle and go to the first car , just at signal. The driver is starting and switching off the vehicle. The vehicle coughs to life with difficulty and the fellow happily switches it off.
I ask him angrily " what are you doing ?"
He smiles back, oblivious of the curse of drivers behind him " Can't you see, I'm saving fuel".
Seeing the perplexed look on my face he clarified " Don't you know - Every time you switch off the vehicle at signal, you save 20% fuel".
