Most of the builders relatives stays surrounding Marsur - Chandapura area and utilizes the layout’s assets for their personal misuse. Swimming pool is the live example. All those laborers and villagers and builder relatives uses religiously. Although, it so dirty that you dare to jump in. Hardly you’ll see that JR builder is cleaning up pool anytime. Clubhouse is another classic example set by JR Green Park builder. It’s more than 8 yrs since building/facility coming up. God knows whether this will come up in the future or collapse before itself.
Every year this shameless builder set it's poor quality maintenance and post postponing record and break it again next year.
