Recently we have been to Vaibhav Theater in Sanjaynagar of Bangalore to view Jane Tu..movie.
First touchpoint with the theater at the ticket counter is awful due to the following reasons:
Person at the counter makes you feel that they are doing immense favor to you after having paid the tickets in full for a movie show
Even if you have paid up the amount in full with crisp Rs1K note, by design would push soiled, smudged change of Rs.100 rupee notes
If you try to request for better notes, pat would get the response: leave it or take it and lo, you can even return the tickets and move on is the typical reaction from the counter person
If you still persist gently, ingenious is the response that as much as we have accepted those notes from others, you "should and must" accept those soiled change OR ELSE return the tickets and move away
Its just that cringy feeling that envelopes ... but then you are in rush to catchup with time..
Wish these folks can provide better customer experience and some basic sensivity to the patrons..
