Sachin Tichkule (Akshay Kumar) is an upcoming contractor, who did all crooky things, but is really fond of his labourers who will work for him in laying roads, but his cheques are due from Municipality, because of his bad reputations and his villian relatives, jeejajis and all. Even the new commissioner, his ex-girlfriend (Trisha) also didn't like his ulta ways, so never approved anything for him. All-in-all this is the plot, but then there's whole scams and things comes in between, which is shown in sarcastic manner, shown real thing, how these contractors from top to bottom, everyone is government machinery involves in scams. They provide such material that roads will be broken by monsoons, and then they can get the tender to make those roads again next year, and in the turn can fill their pockets.

BUT Priyadarshan has totally lost the movie right from the beginning. The first half is full boring, second didn't offer you much. All scenes are like, if you can watch them separately you can get something out of it, but combining them will certainly not called as a movie. Worst ever made movie by Priyadarshan. There are certain tickling laughs here and there, but interconnecting scam, politicos chaalein, and Sachin Tichkule is the biggest blunder he did. This movie is certainly not laughable. Just don't go to theatre, and I think, this even doesn't deserve a CD/DVD watch (Just remove some comic scenes, and make it equal to CC2C, Kambakht Ishq or Housefull. although they will always remain as no 1 bakwaas movies). Although, the truth is shown in a righteous manner. Watch some comic scenes on TV (the programs which show comic scenes). Songs are irrelevant to situations, just like old movies, put wherever he liked them.

Rating: 2/5 Verdict: Stay away from movie, although Sachin Tichkule is a nice and lovable character.
