Inefficient< hostile and Lazy managers (Nirmala and alagu ) from HDFC bank

Hdfc grievance team/ Hdfc preferred customer team/HDFC MAnasultanging director,


10 days abck on 9th September, I told preferred banking customer care executives Alagu and Nirmala( Nirmalapriyadarshini.Baib@hdfcbank.com, ALAGU.NACHIAPPAN@hdfcbank.com) about fraudulent transaction on my card.


I am an old and priveledged customer with HDFC and found both Alagu and Nirmala very inefficient as they have not taken any action for last 10 days and very rude and disrespectful to me.

But will like to report that Alagu and Nirmala are waste employees of HDFC bank.they have not picked up my complaint and have tried to ignore my card mplaint for last 10 days.


Due to Alagu and Nirmala( Nirmalapriyadarshini.Baib@hdfcbank.com, ALAGU.NACHIAPPAN@hdfcbank.com) have written anti HDFC and anti regalia blogs against hdfc bank.demoting and defaming HDFC for poor SERVICES provided to family of PRIVELEDGED customers.


Request your IMMEDIATE attention.


And if you cannot fire the lazy and inefficient employees Alagu and Nirmala.


You should take action against them.
