I absolutely agree with this article ( The review of today).
When I look back at Thai airways. It was the airline that I have always avoided due it its poor quality of services, poor attitude of its staffs, poor 737-400 aircrafts. Without the liberalization of the sky, Bangkok Air, Air Asia or 1-2-go would not be able to serve Thai people.
Thai airways has overcharged the citizenship of Thailand and the international travellers for so long. Worst of all, they are deaf with all kinds of comment. Friend of mine has just flew back from Australia and mentioned to me that the Thai crews are very very ugly.
We have a lot of handsome and beautiful persons with a degree from prestigious universities with better attitude. Unfortunately, they got no connection with the retired general who run this creepy airline. Not only the crews, THAI's head office is too big, they have too many employees. No wonder no matter how they try, they never makes a profit.
Once again, I agree with today's best article that politicians should just stop abuse the discourse of national pride, being a national pride or a national shame is all depended on how the management and their staffs work.
