How to reduce your fat.

Here I am sharing my real experience about weight loss.I lost 8 kgs with in 2 months with out paying a single rupee.Here is some tips for loosing your weight.


Wake up at 6 o'clock.Have some warm water with lemon n honey.Go for a walk.Walk at least 3 km and run for 5 to 10 minute according to your stamina.Take low fat milk and cornflakes in your breakfast at 8 o' clock.After some time take one apple.In lunch have 3 number of roti with boil vegetables and a bowl of cucumber and tomato salad.Take some almond or low fat fruit in snacks.Prefer 2 number of roti and boiled vegetables in dinner with a little salad.After some gap go for a walk. Strictly avoid oily food, junk foods and sweet.Take boiled egg or paneer twice in a week.Try to drink warm water as much as you can. Drink plenty of water. I am pretty sure one can reduce at least 5 kgs in a month by following my easy diet plan.
