I am a Hindu man (age 47), married last 21 years, have a son, will be completing age 20 years in Nov 2010. I want to know how can I divorce my wife and get free from wife and son as well. My son is route cause of our no good relation for last many years.
Can any one advise me? What I should do and do not, and how?
Is it necessary to stay away from family for at least six months? Though we are not good to each other, at present we are staying under one roof, as we have just one house in Mumbai and no relatives.
Please advise ASAP.
