Really frustrated with the experience I had with Ferns and Petals this time while planning for a surprise for my wife since I was away from home on my marriage anniversary.
I booked this order for a personalized Photo-frame to be delivered on Nov 13th to my wife. There was a clear option to schedule/select the preferred delivery date and I selected this since it is the First marriage anniversary for us and I am away on this special date.
I am really frustrated that the order is still not being delivered to my wife.
It was supposed to be delivered today as I wanted to send it as gift to my wife on the occasion of our first marriage anniversary.
However, you have spoilt the entire surprise.
This is really pathetic and not expected from FnP at all.
I WANT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED ASAP BY MORNING.
