The country has gone thru an emotional terror. The Commandos and Policemen are on the last stage of the action and soon the attack will be neutralised. As a civilian I m watching all the reactions from Media, politicians and other people.
In my point of view the terrorist attack was not on mumbai only it was an attack on the civilians, a psychological war against all the Indians to convey the message that a bunch of 50 maniacs can put the country on threshold.
This is high time for each of the Indians for introspection, do we are going in the right direction??? ....here I m not talking about ur personal life I m talking about as a country whole ..... offcourse we are united .. we love our country ....... we hate violence against any human beings ........ but now apart from our personal life it is the high time to think about the country too ..... what extra we can add to our life that can make this country more peaceful ..... and more better to live and we can assure each of us that next time nobody dare to do such act against us........ I sincerely want a debate on this issues ......
if everybody of us think that I just want to go for a good education and a high paying job and my life will be set ............ someday your or mine appartment may be the next Nariman house for a maniac .......
MEDIA :- dear media journalists pls stop selling the sensation ...... the television media in this country has a wonderful reach to every comman man. I hope you will realise the potential and use this platform to creat a positive environment for change..... change in attiutde of all of us .... should start a debat on the issues of change, debate on patriotism .... debate on the issues country needs to resolve ..... lets create a platform for the think tanks of the country to be on stage and talk about it .......
Politicians:-The country needs a complete new generation of new honest people here ..... with will power and a vision for change ......this is very unfortunate to say that people with good character choose to stay away from politics ...... there are plenty of gems we have around us who have all the characteristics to lead this country ..... as a citizen lets start a movement to find such people from ground and encourage them to take a lead for the betterment of country ...... staying away or not going for voting is not a solution at all ..... I know what I m saying is not so easy ..... but one day we have to take it seriously .... why not today ???
Army & Police:- first of all thanx to them because in the darkness of mistrust you people have shown a ray of hope to all of us .... conveying the message that there is someone who is still ready to fight for us ..............reminding us that if needed your are the first to take a bullet on chest for the country, because most of us don't keep you in mind. because when I m enjoying the winter in my blanket with cofee and watching Television there is someone who stands at the border with all odd situation and keep his eye open for the safety of all of us ....... I strongly recommand to make the militrary training compulsary for each and every citizen ....... you are the only one who can teach all of us the discipline with patriotism.
You & Me:- Sitting at home, infront of TV, relaxaing in pajama and abusing the politicians, pakistan and system will not make any help ..... lets go out and do something fruitful ..... be a part of some social service team and donate a bit of time to work with them free of cost, if not atleast we can step forward to a neighbour make some new friends and lets know the people around us ..... lets create a better bonding between people ... because some day without your knowledge a terrorist will come, stay in ur neighbourhood and you will not even know that ..... afterall this is our country and we need to see whether all of us together are growing and happy or not .... because the unbalanced growth and happiness will lead someone else to be the new terrorist .....
I m finsihing this post with those sectors although still I can write on cinema, Industry, NGO's and so on ........... later some day
May be some people agree with my points some not ..... doesn't matter .... I just want everybody to think at this episode of terror ...... because if we choose to stay calm and let it go .... tomorrow it may be any of us facing those gun points ...........
