I purchased HEC voltage converter of 250W output capacity in approx 1100 rs from ebay.in. From the first day it was heating a lot and was smelling too. It worked 7 months and burnt from inside. Its fuse never works. However It is better than maxon voltage converter which just heats nothing else.
