A machine brokedown in a factory in Chennai. The staff, engineers and other higher-ups in the industry tried their level best to rectify the defect with all their skills but could not succeed. They had to hire an expert from Bombay to rectify the defect. He has to be provided to and fro flight from Mumbai, boarding in a Star hotel and car to pick him to the factory and drop him back. Apart from the above he has to be paid a service charges of Rs.l0000/- for his visit.
The hired Engineer did come and inspected the machinery and he instructed one of the staff to loosen a screw and tighten a bolt. The machine started working. One of the staff exclaimed Ha! just for loosening a screw and tigtening a bolt Rs.10000-.? Prompt came the reply from the Engineer - Thank me that I have not dismantled the machinery.
