This is regarding order # 5059091083, which was ordered on September 02, 2012. This order is still showing as "in process" whenever I log on futurebazaar site to check the status. I have mailed mulitple times to their customer service, each time was told problems with warehouse and that shit stuff. First, they told by September 8th they will ship my item, after that within 48 hours will ship it, and now I got 2 emails from them one stating on September 23rd and other September 24th will be the date when they will ship my item. I am totally fed up with these people and vow not to order any more products from futurebazaar and definitely would not recommend any body to buy on this shit site. .
