i had ordered a galaxy note from flipkart


i took it as it was giving free flipcover (logical would be to give white)

with free flipcover


the worst thing




  1. delivery in 10 days (which was 2-4 days while taking order)




  2. free flip cover (came in orange colour as it was not mentioned)






when contacted


the customer care executive rahil


is not giving his full name


no employee id number to complaint


talking rudely


how can a person buy white mobile and roam around in orange colour. I will not be able to use samsung note. the customer care is saying samsung has delivered such colour withour asking even flipkart.


the worst part was the customer care who was talking rudely and just saying sorry for late delivery.


today I got a call from 08043526600/08022300280 (they are not even saying whether they are from flipkart or not)


just saying sorry like robots and not listening to customer request


when questioned whether he will use orange colour, he said "no" for it.


its the worst experience with flipkart & samsung


for me its cheating customers and in future I would rather go for apple
