I booked an order on 15 August 2014 . Order ID: OD40815076844 item case for samsung galaxy Gand 2( Black) . I received the item on 17 August 2014. The item which I received was not as described on the website. I complained to Flipkart same day. flipkart asked the details of order, which I provided them on 18 August 2014. I have not got any response since then. The Worst customer service.
