staying in an apartment leased out for rent is a difficult process of leading a life as you all know about it. now when the landlord is at logger heads with the management of the apartments, its more inconvenience for the tenant to live in. When the management is asking for an advance of 10,000=00 for painting, and repair works, how should I ask my landlord to provide for it. First of all, the apartments association is not registered and they do not have any bank account, whatever they deal are in cash only and no cheques are used in anyway. So in this case, I would like to know for any suggestions for this matter.And moreover, they have fined me once for late payment of monthly maintainance amount, but I will definitely fight for it.
