Let us now look at the bigger picture, the World in which we live in.As mentioned in the first part of Part 1,newspaper articles and news channels bombard our minds with negative and disheartening news on a daily basis.Recently, news of the terrorist attack in Paris which left 12 people dead and few injured has been flashing across the international news channels and newspapers since the event began till date.Besides, war, murders, riots, exploitation, rape, cheating, corruption, all this as mentioned earlier is in abundance. But what about all the events which take place the other way round?

Let us look at the very basics, starting from our homes,at the very root level. What about children,in general obeying their parents and willing to get scolded, insulted or beaten by their parents and teachers, throughout the world, since the beginning of family and society? Although there is a fact that children have been disobeying their parents and elders quite commonly or in very minute cases, causing harm to their parents as reported in our daily newspapers/media,this is just a tiny speck compared to the vastness of love, affection and respect parents and children or family in general share amongst each other.

What about family members or loved ones as well as wellwishers or close friends always caring and praying for the safety and goodwill of each other? This is obviously a trend fuelled by human nature throughout the world since the beginning of mankind, irrespective of race or culture. What about people desperately trying to prevent two people from fighting anywhere in public?

What about news of a new hospital being inaugurated?(mainly occurring in local or regional newspapers unless the hospital is opened by a celebrity or a politician or minister) What about the number of people successfully treated for a disease? What about billions of dollars of research spent in developing cures and vaccines of once'incurable diseases' by scientists worldwide?

What about a terrorist plot being foiled by the nation's security forces? What about a war that was on the verge of occurring but later withdrawn due to some reason, mainly international pressure? What about efforts gone in rehabilitating riot victims and people fleeing war torn areas? What about NGO's and independant people's groups shouting slogans for PEACE and urging the govt for the same whenever there is a conflict occurring in some part of the world. How can one forget the mass protest worldwide before the Bush led US invasion of Iraq in 2003.

What about charitable organisations providing large scale donations for feeding and providing opportunities to millions of the poor, worldwide? What about massive relief effort gone in providing aid and rehabilitation to disaster affected areas in any part of the worldwide, which in turn helps in saving many more lives which would have been lost?

What about electricity and roads provided to the rural and other underdeveloped areas of India and other parts of the world? What about the'Danger' and'Beware' signs on roads, local trains and electric poles or any other area considered unsafe? What about the preventive and safety measures that are provided by every company as well as the govt while providing a product or service such as any electrical appliance, vehicle, complicated machinery, etc. Today's vehicles have sophisticated systems such as efficient braking, steering, suspension, lighting, anti lock braking, reverse sensors, stability control, etc which largely help in minimizing accidents which in turn saves more lives as well as preventing injury. Same,in the case of trucks, aircrafts, etc which people use very often.

We could even include other major areas such as efforts made in providing education to the discriminated or neglected classes of society such as the poor(in general), women living in rural areas, handicapped children, children forced into child labor and others. Same in the case of knowledge and info provided by the educational and news channels to the masses.

The list could simply go on and on.I've often heard that for every negative event in the world or Universe, there are hundreds or possibly thousands of positive events for the same(no matter micro or macro).

The problem lies in the human mindset. We somehow subconsciously and indirectly train our minds in the way it goes,in the event of a problem or disaster. Instead of focusing on the pros that could be associated with the event,we naturally focus on the cons .

I do not mean to say that it would be extremely effortless to laugh off worries or stress in our lives, specially in the advent of losing a loved one to death or a major financial or family crisis. What I mean to say is that despite the loss that we go through in such circumstances,we could still'smile' and look at the best in everything, especially in other humans, whom we throughout our lives have perceived as'hostile' or considered them as'enemies'.

Doesn't the saying'Whatever happens, happens for the best' mean everything?
