Hello, I have opted a service from Times job.com, like Resume Zapper and Resume editing in the month of march, as per our conversation, company need to Zapp ( procedure in which resume sends to 1350 placement india and gulf) my new edited resume, but they didnt. they have sent my old one. I called up and informed that wrong resume has been sent, they assure me that will send the new one when will it be ready by professional editor, since 30 days the new resume is ready and I inform them that please send the same, they always take the complaint but they dont follow, several times I called up customer care, I asked for complaint number but agent says as per company policy we dont give complaint number. I said then transfer my call to manager or supervisor they always says "we dont authorize to do so"
and becomes very rud, I have invested Rs.4648, forcefully they opted the service. The person who sold the service is Anubhav with emotional promises, now I want my money back or job. I am in need anyhow I need a job. I made a payment through credit card now I dont have money to repay still am borrowing from friends. Please help me.
