Domestic Helper resigns
Priya had asked for loan from her memsahib because she wanted to admit her son in the hospital. He was down with dengue. Her memsahib had refused her money and had just agreed to give a loan of Rs.2000/- only.
Son died of dengue. Heartbroken Priya had 2 more daughters to feed so she joined work after 15 days. In spite of her son’s death, memsahib gave her half the salary for 3 months .or else how will the loan be paid?
A storm came and Govt. banned cash money!
Memsahib asked Priya to exchange money for her using her voter id. While sweeping the floor, Priya happened to see stacks of cash lying in the cupboard. Priya went & discussed it with her neighbours. She also heard that many are burning their money to hide from cops. Others even mentioned that had she treated her son in a good hospital, he could have been saved. Priya cursed them and resigned.and made them infamous in her locality so that no one goes to work for them.
Memsahib had a tough time for a couple of days.cooking & washing utensils herself.
