i purchased an automatic water level controller from crown tech enterprises- they keep placing ads in my mailbox. I purchased a single source single tank product to control the water level in my overhead tank. not only is the product inferior in quality, the company appears to be a bunch of scammers. they never show up for service, and in a regular service (non AMC) they place poor quality sensors so they burn out again and again to make more money from you. when you take an AMC, they will place probably longer lasting sensors to cut down on their costs. in fact, I purchased a 2 year AMC from them and then the service engineer said they don't have any such AMC and they only issue 1 year AMCs. talk about scam artists! finally, i'm looking at other vendors to provide a solution. DON'T BUY FROM CROWN TECH! the company i'm referring to is Crown Tech enterprises at Nehru Place, Delhi
