There are few builders and developers in bangalore who are cheating people by selling apartments in ceape rates and later all the occupants would have to face lots of legal issues. One such apartment located at bommanahalli region. Builder has not given any facilities as promised. Lifts were fitted 2 yrs later. Still no power backup provided. BBMP water issues and lots more...Beaware of the this company name "Sai Neha Construcitons India Pvt. Ltd" located somewhere in BTM.
