Hello , be carefull with these builders Vishnoo krishna enclave / Tirumala enclave villa behind Varthur Police Station, I have bought a villa in vishnoo krishna enclave , to cut this short these guys are frauds.
Reasons:
They use query dust instead of river sand and call it robosand , all crap the buildings will start leaking after 4-5 years.
They promised clubhouse, swimming pool, Generator for power backup, Gym, Party hall, security room all these are mentioned in the leaflet given to us , we paid 3.25lakhs just for these facilities. they plan to construct these facilities on land which is surrendered to BDA, and next to Nalla, which is illegal , as the land can be used only for BDA park which can be open to public also,
Such small project is already delayed by 1-1/2 year
Most of the customer like me are harassed ever since registration, until Booking they were very good. Be very careful with them dont get cheated like me.
