Before few days, I did some shopping for my brother from Oberoi mall. I want to surprise my brother. I was so excited that I decided to send all the things on the same day. After searching for an hour finally, I came to know about Maruti Couriers in Goregoan and without wasting any time, I couriered all the things back to home.
After three days, my mother called me and told me that your brother is very happy and likes your surprise. When I asked her about one specific brown shirt, she told me that there was only one shirt and one pant. I was shocked on hearing this as I had purchased that special shirt for my brother and that’s missing. I complained the courier guy in Goregoan. He tries to assure me that it cannot happen in Maruti Couriers; it might be mistake from my side.
When I told him that I am in Media Company and I will take the possible legal action against them. Then he writes my complain. That night his men come to our home asking for the courier packet that my father denied to give him saying that they can see and examine but can’t take home. I told them that I am not blaming them as there’s no evidence but shirt is lost from their side only, so I want the justification. Then his men told that they have checked the packet before delivery and the packet contains only one pant-shirt not two shirts and a pant.
Suddenly, I make out whose fault is this as this is a crime to open the packet before delivery without any logical reason. The greatest irony is that I have to kept quite as my father told me that this courierwala is criminal, who has done several murders. So, it’s better not to indulge with these types of people. But I decided not to use Maruti Couriers in future. And I request everybody to be careful with these courierswala.
