Management to newly appointed Business Strategist- I think the company is not performing as per the potential, do you have any idea what are the problem area?
Strategist- hhmmm.ya I know.its the Marketing.you must focus upon it, better advertisements, higher frequency of promotional campaigns and various other things.(puts some paper in front of the management).behave as this report says

After two months.
M-i Fixed everything.hired more people in sales and marketing team.better adverts but nothing worked.
S-Can you sell a bad product with advertisements?.you know sir the core problem is your product.its not good as compared to the peers.(Some more papers).here are some suggestions. work on it
M-Ok.lets do this

M- I did as you said.people say our products are too good but still sales is there where it was 6 months back
S- Sir.Please listen what I say now.your products are expensive.you need to have a competitive price with various offers
M-Its only because of you I am trying it.let see what happens
After a month:
M-Hey! I did as you said.i trusted you, but thing still are not in a good shape
S- how can you expect dumb people selling great products? Did you ever think about fixing HR, people are leaving your company regularly.work on it
M- You know.its becoming too risky to talk to you.this is the last try
After 3 months
M-you know.things have never been so great in my company.all is actually well now.but if I think you have asked me change virtually all the things over the period of time, than why did you not tell these things on day one?
S-hhhmm. yes I could but would you ever like to listen that Your wife is ugly, Your son has a secret affair and your daughter is getting a fake marksheet for last 3 years?
