Alienx, what you say is correct. Incidentally my case is different, I am friendly to the Eastern Region Head who is also a VP of Citibank. I guess my issue got dragged for long but finally got resolved.

Citibank finally in the fag end of March 07, ( after repeated follow up every week ) gave me the required credit but as it was to be accross various accounts of mine, they gave the wrong amounts in the wrong names/accounts while the grand total was right. The worst part is that when I pointed it ou...t them the very same day, they have not as yet cared to balance it till date even after regular requests. They should have done it speically when the Financial Year ends on 31s March and it was important to balance the figures rightly by then. Josh ke saath aaya. Used language which is close to unparliamentary. Calling a high end user to be a purchaser of 2nd hand goods. Besides that given high signals that you either work for a competitor ( pander for them as you would say ) or you are low grade employee of admanya.com who is marking ...a site similar to mouthshut,com on Orkut. And the other company I have had a very said experience is with Samsung whom we patronised intially with Window models and all of them gave trouble and also the Company refused to do AMC for them. I had to replace the Samsungs with General ( O General ) and shift the Samsung to one of our Guest House'. Anyways racking my brains with a rude person like yourself is quite not suiting me. I have time and again compared the fares of Paramount with Deccan and noticed they are same as Indian Airlines. Paramount is a small airline catering to southern states and limited places and limited flights. The comfort is no doubt amazing in Paramount. Your spelling of Deccan is wrong firstly.... Deccan is a genuine LCC of India running in the lines of the LCCs abroad. Neither do I hold shares of AD nor are they related to me or freindly to me or offer me anything for saying good things about them. Deccan is surely an economy airline and those who wish to save on cost fly it for the little compromise and those who do not wish to compromise will need to pay extra and fly Jet / IA or Paramount and others.Read More

Its absurd to even compare Jet with Deccan. Jet is not a LCC. LCC = Low Cost Carrier. Deccan has a market share of a shade below Jet and above IA and others. Deccan has shown India how a LCC is supposed to operate. Even their puncuality is statistically 98-99% and one can dispute that. Definit...e once a co like say Ryan Air or the likes takes a stake in Deccan then things will improve even further. I fly Jet often and sometimes Deccan/Spice/Sahar/IA and even others. I have had my fair share of good experiences with all and my bads with Jet as well. That does not mean Jet is bad. Besides if I want comfort then I pay extra and fly Jet. If I wanna save then I go LCC ( any of them ).Read More
