The Citibank staff ( upper level ) are bunch of liars. Never fall for their tall promises. They know that HNI ( High Networth Individuals ) and corporates dont change their bankers often. Once you choose a banker you stick to them. Now this is what Citibank capitalises on.
They first make big promises to take your accounts. then later they dont live upto any promise. The senior level staff ( higher than the relationship manager is the guilty guy ) like Branch Manager, Regional Manager and VP ( yes Vice President ). I would advise caution because once they have got the best out of you ( references and leads and all your deposits and accounts ) they will drop you like a hot potato.
You call them and they will not respond, and then you email them and you will either be put on the Abuse list or your mail wont be replied. I have enough evidence to prove everything what I am saying to be true. Citibank is typically like USA.
