I like food ordering online because it is comfortable and easy. I used to order food from zomato and now I have stopped ordering food from there. I ordered a burger and a cofee from zomato, order was accepted and application shows that delivery boy was on its way, then I received a call from the restaurant and the person asked me to cancel the food, when I denied to cancel, they shows food delivered to me. When I contacted zomato, they took 7 days to return my money and also did not gave anything except my money. From that time, I stopped ordering from there. Otherwise all is good on zomato.
