Booked a shuttle for 9: 53 am. When called at 9: 47am since the real time navigation was not correct the driver informed that he left by 9:30 am.
And won't come back to pick me. Pathetic company and services. Booking cancelled often without assigning any reason. But still runs on the route , unable to use my funds in wallet as bokking cancelled each time.
Not a user friendly .not a proper timing for services. App struck multiple times. Really guys it's a tottaly useless app, because it is not working perfectly.
