Further, there CC is not available post 6:00 PM and on weekend. In my case, I suffered huge losses as my holdings were not visible and I was a mute spectator who has no option but to see his net worth fall day by day. Its better to have your account with some reputed broker like ICICIDirect, so that you are sure that they will be compliant and resolve the issue immediately. Extra commission will be worth spending.
