YO Smart is a good product however, after sales service is BELOW THIRD CLASS. There is completely no SUPPLY of consumables, this is my regular experience with YO dealer at Bharuch. First time it was a head light bulb which was not available this time it was a rear wheel tube which was again not available. I would request my friends to ask for AFTER SALES service and CONSUMABLES before PURCHASING YO bykes.
There are other electric bykes also availabel in the market we need to compare before buying YO we need to also have a look at other products in the market.
Product consumables are rarely available with the dealer and as the product is being outsourced from CHINA there are rarely spares available in the local market, not even TYRE / TUBES and YO dealers CHARGE large amounts for small spares also.
The Electronic controller is below the foot rest where in there are chances of water seeping in during rains, this should be smartly thought of during the design phase.
