It is not at all good mobile, it has good features but today I am going to point out the bad point about it: -
sound quality : - the sound quality is not up to mark as the it is priced high than it should be. phones of 10000 to 15000 has good quality than it.
problems in my mobile : -
- the phone closes automatically while using it. the screen shuts down any time while use which irritated me very much while doing important works.
2.style and design: - the style and design of phone is not at all unique it is exactly like the phones in this line up. so I will not at all appreciate the design and built quality
3.customer service: - I have shown all this problem to service centre but they answered that nothing can be done, and the cost of service will be around 4000.
note : - never do mistake of taking xiaomi redmi note 5 pro
