I came across https://watchkart.com/ and found it pretty interesting and informative. I happened to place an order for a CASIO watch and as per the delivery policy, I was supposed to receive the same in 5 working days. As the due date lapsed, I called up the helpline and no one picked the call. Finally go through after 4-5 tries and to my utter surprise and disbelief they didn't even knew that my order was placed. After being kept on hold for 10 mins (was clearly able to hear the internal conversation) I was promised the delivery in 2 working days.
Time and again it has been proved that it doesn't takes much effort to make a eCommerce website, the challenge is "supply chain" on which most of these websites faulter and faulter big time :(
Being an internet specialist myself, I don't have the confidence to buy online myself. What an Irony?
