I am a athelete and a volleyball player. In my lifetime I had a experience for playing against two teams in tournament in a single day. I am a center forward short ball attacker in volleyball. According to my position in the team I had to jump a lot within a short interval . This continues jumping made strain on my thigh muscle and pains like anything.
