Network often has problems. Today received same text messages from Vodafone for over 30 times. Some said all my data has been reached and another second said still 1GB left.
Rang back customer service and the staff lady on the phone had no idea and nearly 5 min later she said maybe the technical support can have a look at.
Then the system gone crazy she went silent while the line remained connected . they added extra$10 from my account without permission. This is rip off.
