I am just surprised to see That Vodafone is totaly down for 7 days in our area ( TARAKESWAR) and till now they don't take any action. I am a Vodafone customer science 2015. My permanent mobile number is with Vodafone. But in last 7 days Vodafone was fully down in our total circle. No calls are make. Out going is totaly off and incoming is on but not use able. I missed a lot of important call already. I faced a lots of problems in these days. I tried to contact Vodafone care many times but they are also not rechargeable. So I and my many friends has a pathetic experience. As there is a big fault Vodafone should be more effective to solve this but I am surprised to see thay don't even try to solve it. So friends its not a user friendly Mobile Operator because I saw they have no responsibility. That's all about my pathetic experience.
