We buyed the AC on 24.07.2025 , the team which came for the Installation did not told that its a defective piece. He installed & went away. After some days the water started flowing out of the Inner Part of the AC in the room. We raised the company & the person who visited our premises told this to us. He said some part needs to be changed which is not available in stock. Its been more than 2 weeks nothing has been done. Please look into it. My experience was very bad with Havell Llyod. Please help me in getting my AC replaced, I have spent 35000₹ on a defective piece. I have been a value Customer of Vijay Sales who bought so many products from your Brand but this time its worst experience.
