I did journey to many places so far by this Uber cabs. But, I had to face an ordeal the time I used their services. Now, I would like to put up the problems I have been through. The things which make me to never choose this again are:
Surge in pricing was always one of the disgusting problems I had. If it was peak hours, I had to pay off a huge amount.
Sometimes when I had booked uberX type of cab, they used to send me uberGo type of cab.
The drivers didn't have a basic information 'bout the locations. They were incompetent to take us to the place we wanted.
The estimated time to pick up was utterly different and they never picked me up at the place I did want.
The waiting charges used to be very high. If I had got stuck in the traffic, I had to pay more than the actual fare.
Without furnishing a valid reason, they used to either adjourn the pick up time or cancel the bookings.
I don't want anyone to be through such worse experiences.
