Uber services "WERE" really exceptional at superb prices . But last 3 times I used Uber I was really disappointed. Here's why -
Uber driver's GPS stopped working sometime in middle of the way. At end of journey we had no idea how many kms / or what we had to pay - It took another 15-20 mins where driver called uber call center and we somehow managed to come to a price point - totally silly.
Uber surcharge is atrocious. Sometimes it shows 4X even. Last TWO times when I booked at 0X, the cab never arrived. When I called the driver, he made some excuse about traffic and driver cancelled. They are always looking for bookings where they can get surcharge and cancel or just don't arrive if it is 0X
Uber delhi really needs to ramp up else there are better options like Ola.
