So there are two red flags here.
The rice/sugar/barley/corn/syrup leads to insulin resistance and high insulin levels in the body.
That means diabetes.
This beer recipe is injurious to health.
The same beer everywhere in Europe doesn't contain corn syrup .
Europeans will never drink such a beer .
To befair most of the beers in India contain this (except one very very famous that starts with the letter 'H').
Kingfisher was always produced with corn syrup so Indian beer lovers got used to the sweet taste and dislike the bitter taste of the real beer.
As for the permitted natural natural colour what I can say....
Tuborg is a soft drink with alcohol and beer taste.
Such a beer would have been illegal and a failure in Europe.
