I had very bad experience with travel guru.I had book West end hotel at Munnar by Travel guru.they take every money in advance and ensuring a good service, but&; car driver which was suppose to come to Kochi to Munnar was late by 1 hour.and very rude asking for more tip while reaching on destination. I prefer do not rely on travel guru.
My suggestions to MS user always plan your trip by self study about hotels in their area, suits to your budget advisable to book them from your city only.always search for Govt transport so we do not rely on such cheater travel agents.
If you r planning well in advance and you are planing to travel by third tyre AC compartment of Indian railways then its advisable to book discounted flight tickets but its just 500 Rs expensive then third tyre AC coach of Indian railways.and if you calculate your time then its 1.5 hrs flight from Mumbai to Cochin against 1.5 day tiring train Journey.
