Cheap cost. available in amazon. To use the hardware you have to connect tp link then you have to install the software. the software is also available in the website of tp link. Sometimes software crashes .if this happens to you simple search for tp link in start button search and click on it and then repair. or you can just reinstall. . . the crash occur mainly when their is unexpected shutdown of you pc.
