Thats what I would say about The DSL service from erstwhile Touchtel (its airtel now) DSL connection. Its super cool actually. There are no conection hassles, speed it gr8 and its not even very costly. I have had just two problems recently, which were fixed by these guys wthin 24 hours (yeah that right) and I havent had any other problems, even the bill is quite error-free.
I would highly recommend the AirTel DSL to anyone who is using some other network, specially MTNL, MTNL takes a long long time to connect and even then will keep on disconnecting from time to time and u cant keep track of the hours u used coz there is no place from where u can tally them.
MTNL really sucks and thus I found AirTel to be a welcome change, their helpline is on 24 hrs a day (I called them at 2 in the morning once) and they settle all ur problems in a breeze, quickly and efficiently and the cost structure isnt hurting at all, for 448 bugs a month I can use 25 hrs of the internet and thats more than enough for me.
So all I would say is, the service is good and error free and thus is one of the most value for money services provided today by the telecom industry.
