They treat customer like worthless. one mr technical lead thinks that customer waste his time and especially women come here to take out family frustration. he makes personal remarks and stares as if customers are worthless.
I have not checked the phone and worried now how it is handled by this arrogant and egoistic so called tech lead.
stay way from this center unless you are ok to be treated with out respect.
i wish to personally convey this to the owner that people like these bring down your business!
