Poor services at high cost ...pure frauds. Review on The Oriental Residency Hotel, Mumbai

Friends, whenever we are in different place, we need a good and urban environment to stay. That was the day of 7th of june 2017. We had went mumbai to spent our vacations. We have seen oriental residancy hotel. We had decided to stay there. The environment was look better than reality. They told us 8000 price for super deluxe rooms for 4 days. We have dealt with them and decided to stay there. When we reach the room we have known that we were frauded by managment because their super deluxe room is not equal to third class roons in cheap hotels. Their air conditioners are not working, everywhere is smelling vert bad with there is a very dirt environment like third class cheap hotels. They have frauded us at the cost of super deluxe rooms. Their service is very poor and the food is very tasteless and all the service are only for formality and frauding people. So friends keep Away from such frauding organizations and save your money.
