Hello friends, today I will share my experience for relate restaurant which I went with my friends on my birthday.
my birthday was on Diwali occation, and all of my friends were excited about it. We wanted a premium experience along with quality Food standards.
I was served with chicken chocolate which was one of their special dishes. my experience of eating at The Lalit hotel was really bad as I notice a big hair coming outside the chicken part.
I was really disappointed as after paying an extra amount of experiencing quality standards in a five star hotel I received such disasters moment. This spoiled my day, And I was not able to carry on with my further lunch.
My overall feedback for the Lalit is negative, as the hotel authorities didn’t really took any appropriate measure or tried compensating the situation. I’m really disappointed by the services which were provided to me and still I was made to pay for the food we left. As being Law student, As per the virtue of consumer protection act if a consumer is not satisfied by the services provided by a seller he/she may refuse and not pay for it.
