India today book club are bunch of frauds. They take order even when they do not have the capacity to deliver. After that only promises are delivered, that too on phones. You will never get any response from response@indiatodaybookclub.com. They should change e-mail address to noresponse@indiayesterdaybookclub.com. Buy at your own risk....
First order i placed was prompt. Now i realise that was only to lure more customers. If you have lots of money to throw here and there. Then this is the best place, specially when you do not want anything in return... Otherwise stay away from them. They are frauds. They never deliver. You keep calling... They keep promising. Nothing is ever delivered. Yes, one thing is new, everytime you will get new delivery date.
So keep tracking them and tracking them and tracking them. Endless task. Worst of all, they don't budge even in the name of consumer court.
