Driver name: Ganesh Perumal TN-05-AR-5517(Sedan)
When the driver dropped us at our place he told me that his phone got switched off and called up the customer service to get the total and charged me 321/-.
Without verifying it myself as it was late in the night and it was raining too, I handed him 330/- and left. After I came home, I saw the bill amount in the email as 238/-.
Immediately, I logged a complaint against the driver to crm_chn@taxiforsure.com(that is where they expect the complaints to be sent). It has been one week and they have not responded to my email. I have sent followup emails too but still no response. I liked my 1st few rides with them but after this type of(no response) service, I am very hesitant to use their services again. I will not recommend this to anyone too.
